Cryogenic Deflashing Machine (CDM60)

The machine operates by freezing rubber pieces from the mold with liquid nitrogen (liquid nitrogen) and then using a special turbine to spray granules to break up and remove fine burrs.

• Rubber pieces are manually placed into a round drum made of perforated stainless steel with a 60-liter capacity inside the machine. The drum loading capacity is 20 liters.
• The rubber materials rotating inside the drum are frozen by shock treatment with the injected liquid nitrogen. Then, fine rubber burrs remaining on the edges of the pieces are broken by the granule bombardment.
• The broken rubber pieces and granules fall onto a sieve below, where granules are screened and sent back to the turbine, while burrs are separated and collected in the burr collection chamber below.
• At the end of the process, the drum exits the machine, rotates, and empties its contents.
• The machine uses 2/3 layers of screens: coarse burrs are separated from the top, granules from the middle, and fine burrs from the bottom.
• The drum speed, turbine speed, granule loading speed, and time are adjustable.
• The machine's body is made entirely from 304-grade stainless steel.
• The machine requires 6 bar of compressed air for operation (for cover locks and nitrogen valve).
