Drum Paint Machine (PEM57)

Application Area:

 This paint and varnish machine is designed for the homogeneous painting of small, intricate parts, such as shoe buckles.

Operating System:

 The parts placed inside the drum are painted by an automatic spray gun. As the drum rotates at a certain angle, all surfaces of the parts enter the spray gun's effective area, allowing for a homogeneous, gradual painting process. The parts are then dried and cured. Heating is provided by electric resistors from below. The air containing paint fumes is extracted, filtered, and vented outside. The painted parts are manually removed by opening the drum lid.

Features:

1. Closed Painting Drum: The drum has a circular structure with a diameter of 570 mm. It includes paddles inside to mix the parts. The drum's axis can be adjusted at an angle of 10-35 degrees with the ground.
2. Drum Lid: The lid can be easily opened and closed with a lever. It has an inspection window and a spray gun attached. The inspection window can also be used for sampling. The spray gun is located outside the lid, making it easy to adjust.
3. Paint Supply System: The spray gun is top-fed. The mixed paint is filtered and then poured into the tank on the spray gun. The spray gun can automatically paint in an intermittent manner, meaning it can spray for a desired duration, pause for a set time, and then resume painting.
4. Electrical Panel: It has a start-stop system, allowing the machine to be turned on and off as needed. The operator can monitor the painting process, stop the machine when painting is complete, and remove the painted materials. When painting the same quantity and type, the same amount of paint can be loaded into the paint tank, and the painting process can be ended when the paint is used up.
