Technical Specifications

• Basket Volume: 200 liters.
• Loading Capacity: Maximum 60 liters and 300 kg.
• Basket Material: The basket is made of perforated sheet metal, with 100-micron mesh wire stretched over it.
• Dimensions: 1550x1250x2100 mm.
• Loading/Unloading: Loading will be done manually into the basket, and unloading will be carried out using a mechanical system by tilting the basket.
• Dosing Pump: There will be one dosing pump for detergent or chemicals.

• Compressed Air Requirement: The machine requires 6 bar of compressed air to operate.
• Wastewater Management: pH control will be performed on the wastewater.

• Exhaust System: The machine will have an exhaust outlet for air steam. This exhaust must be connected to the ventilation system or directly to the outside by the user.
